The Castle of Love

Rob has been telling me about this place he and Cindy bought over in the Napa Valley. So June and I drove over to have a look. I knew he was doing pretty well lately, but I have to say, I was pretty impressed.

They were waiting at the door for us.

Personally, I think the drawbridge is a bit much.

I guess he is pretty proud of how things went in there.

Rob showed us around the vineyard. He pruned all the vines himself.

"There is where I am going to put the cannon", he says.

Actually, this is Castello di Amorosa, a winery in the Napa Vally of which June is a member. We spent a lovely Sunday afternoon wine tasting and touring the facilities. Thanks June!
